"𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱?" It is one of the first questions parties ask when filing for arbitration. In 2025, the SCC statistics speak for themselves. Of cases concluded under the SCC Arbitration Rules, 50% were resolved within one year of referral, and 85% within 18 months. Under the SCC Expedited Arbitration Rules, 94% of cases were resolved within six months. A slight increase in time compared to previous years reflects the growing share of large, complex cases and the added procedural steps required in sanctions-affected disputes.
