On Friday morning, we "rounded off" SCC Arbitration Week 2025 with the roundtable breakfast event โ€œ๐— &๐—” ๐˜… โ€   Post M&A disputes have always played a central role in the SCCโ€™s caseload, and they have risen in 2024 to become the single most frequent type of new arbitration at the SCC. In 2024 alone, 57 post M&A arbitrations were filed, representing more than a quarter of the SCC's overall caseload.   The diverse speakers, Isabella Ramsay, Carl Persson, and Johan Fagerlund, represented the full life cycle of an M&A transaction, from deal to dispute. We are very grateful for their candid, practical conversation on how to anticipate and resolve postโ€‘M&A frictions before they derail value. And a special thank you to everyone who joined us, shared experiences, and enlivened and enriched the session. And a big thanks to all, both attendees and the SCC team, for making this year's SCC Arbitration Week such a success!
