ICSID: Alberta Petroleum Marketing Commission v. United States of America (ICSID Case No. UNCT/23/4) – Notice of Public Hearing

The hearing on jurisdiction in Alberta Petroleum Marketing Commission v. United States of America (ICSID Case No. UNCT/23/4) is scheduled to take place before a three-member arbitral tribunal from Monday, September 8 through Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT.
