
LexisNexis: Arbitration statistics 2024: surveys -v- reality
In our eighth annual survey of international arbitration statistics, James Clanchy, arbitrator in independent practice and member of the Lexis+® UK Arbitration Consulting Editorial Board, notes that arbitration hubs and their caseloads have evolved but that surveys conducted in the international arbitration community do not reflect the current reality.
