Meet the SCC's current Intern, Max Bodin 🍝 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲?   As an intern at the SCC, I have a multifaceted role. I'm currently drafting several articles based on an SCC report from last year on dispute resolution in public sector contracts (https://lnkd.in/ePWcpUth). I also assist the SCC's legal counsels with legal research and revisions of the SCC Procedures for the Administration of Cases – under the 2021 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, among other tasks. Another exciting part of the internship is attending the Secretariat's case meetings, where case-related questions are discussed in preparation for presentations to the SCC Board at its monthly meeting.
