𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝘂𝘂𝗺? 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 From 10-13 June 2025, students and practitioners alike gathered in Frankfurt for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court. The SCC, with thanks to Board member Sven Lange, organised a timely and engaging discussion hosted by Clifford Chance Germany on one of the field’s most debated topics: the independence and impartiality of arbitrators. Moderated by Dr Sven Lange, the event brought together a range of perspectives from leading voices in the field: - Moritz Keller - Nicolas Angelet - Laura Hardin - Anne K.
