Meet our colleague, 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 and 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 Angelica Eklöf 👩🏻💻 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐂𝐂 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞? I hold a dual role as Senior Case Administrator and Business System Specialist – a combination that allows me to work both operationally and strategically, which is something I really enjoy. I work closely with our Head of Operations, Madeleine Thörn, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our digital tools and business systems. Our collaboration is key to ensuring that we create effective, user-friendly solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and the overall user experience. Additionally, I collaborate with the legal counsel in my division, Lina Krait, to ensure that the management of arbitration cases is supported by the most effective digital systems.
