🌟 Revised SCC Mediation Rules 2025 🌟   As of 1 January 2025, important changes to the SCC Mediation Rules are in effect. The revisions include a fixed administration fee of EUR 4,000 and fixed Mediator fees of EUR 16,000, providing greater cost predictability and emphasizing the value of the Mediator's services. These changes ensure that institutional costs do not exceed the mediator’s remuneration, and align with the fee rates of other SCC services.   The revisions further enhance procedural efficiency and the overall effectiveness of the mediation process.
