🌟 Thank you to Sveriges Bolagsjurister(Swedish Company Lawyers Association) for a fantastic year of collaboration! We are grateful for the many ways we have worked together throughout the year. One highlight was our seminar in November, where we explored the art of drafting good dispute resolution clauses. 👉 Clarity is key in dispute resolution clauses – as for all contract clauses. Even small ambiguities can lead to big uncertainties. An example: "Should the parties fail to come to an agreement, all disputes and controversies except for those under jurisdiction of ordinary courts are subject to arbitration. Location of arbitration – Stockholm, Sweden." This type of language can leave parties and arbitrators uncertain, making the dispute resolution process less efficient. ✔️ Conclusion: use the dispute resolution clauses on our website.
