What are the relevant factors to consider when parties choose an arbitration institute? This was one of the topics discussed at a seminar hosted by the SCC.   From a Norwegian perspective, Knud Jacob Knudsen, SCC Board member, explained that the choice of arbitration institute largely depends on the bargaining power and nationality of the parties involved.
