Join us on 14 June for a Conference on "Experiences and Insights from Emergency Arbitrations involving Sovereign States”, taking place alongside the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court competition. This year's moot problem involves legal questions arising from a decision by an emergency arbitrator appointed under SCC Rules.   At the Conference, participants will hear firsthand experiences and insights from our expert panelists on the emergency arbitrator mechanism, from the appointment request to the decision and beyond, providing the perspectives of the investor, the state, and the Arbitral Tribunal.
