ICSID: Revised Schedule of Fees Effective July 1, 2023

ICSID will revise its Schedule of Fees effective July 1, 2023.The Centre's administrative fee, which has been in effect since 2017, will be adjusted to US$52,000 for all new and pending cases.The same annual charge applies to proceedings administered by the Centre under rules other than the ICSID Convention or Additional Facility Rules.Click here to view the revised Schedule of Fees.
