The latest AI image generation tools for lawyers and their marketing teams
It's hard to keep up with all the newest AI tech, so Arbi.City has created this summary of the top 5 AI image generation tools you can use right now for your banners, marketing brochures and PowerPoint slide decks.
1. DALL-E 2 -- If you have used AI image generation before, chances are you are familiar with Dall-E, created by OpenAI (the makers of ChatGPT). You can write a prompt that is as simple or detailed as you like - there are many guides out there on how to get the most stunning results. However some of the most useful features of DALL-E involve using an existing image -- created by Dall-E or uploaded by you -- to create more images in the same style, to modify any part of the image, or to extend the image in any direction. It takes practice to get the results you want.

2. Midjourney 5 - Midjourney, a long-time Dall-E competitor, has always excelled at photorealistic images, but Midjourney version 5 (still in experimental mode) is truly phenomenal, and can even generate different angles of the same individual. Why use stock photo websites when you can generate your own original images in seconds? Even more so than with other image generators, Midjourney 5 benefits from detailed prompt guidance on things like lighting, mood, etc. Unlike DallE, you are not limited to generating square images, and you can specify your own aspect ratios. One drawback is that to use Midjourney you have to create a Discord account and interact with the Midjourney bot using "/imagine prompt" which takes a bit of getting used to if you're not familiar with Discord.

3. Imgcreator.ai - This is a less well-known and less polished product, but offers some features that others lack. In particular, the new AI Designer product allows you to import your own image and and place it seamlessly in a larger scene and change the style. You have scrollbars to determine how strongly the existing image influences the resulting composition, and you can also extend images in different directions (similar to Dall-E).

4. Stable Diffusion - This is one of the most customizable and powerful image creation tools available, and it's also completely free and can be run on your own server (e.g. if you need additional security) or using various cloud providers. Stable Diffusion excels at artwork (rather than photorealism) and has so many options it can be overwhelming, but for the professional user it offers granular control and a range of unique features that make it one of the major contenders in the space. You can try out their new DreamStudio which offers the simplest way to experience the power of the Stable Diffusion engine.

4. Bing Image creation - Want to try creating images without the fuss of setting up an account? Microsoft's Bing now incorporates an image creation function based on Dall-E. It doesn't have some of the quality or features offered by others, but for the casual user it may be enough and Microsoft is pouring enormous resources into AI so you can be sure the product will improve greatly over time.

There are many more tools we have left off our list, and we may do a follow-up with more in-depth suggestions shortly. In the meantime, you can visit Arbi.City's discussion forums to ask questions and share your own experiences!
