ICSID: ICSID Publishes 2026 Annual Report, Highlighting Institutional Developments

The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has released its 2026 Annual Report, which gives a comprehensive overview of the Centre’s activities during fiscal year 2026 (FY2026), from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. In her message in the 2026 Annual Report, Martina Polasek, Secretary-General of ICSID, writes: “The past year at ICSID has been one of momentum and transformation. From July 2025 to June 2026, we continued building on the progress of recent years, deepening our global reach, expanding our support, and strengthening the institutional foundations that will carry ICSID forward.
