The SCC Arbitration Institute proudly supports the Stockholm Arbitration Yearbook (SAY), an annual publication on Wolters Kluwer launched under the auspices of the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law (SCCL). Designed to meet the information needs of arbitration practitioners and parties worldwide, SAY is a showcase of Stockholm as a global arbitration hub.
Each year, Stockholm is the seat for a wide range of international disputes, including cases resolved through ad hoc arbitration and cases administered by the SCC Arbitration Institute. Building on Stockholm's role as an arbitration hub, the Yearbook addresses current issues of interest to the wider international arbitration community and the Nordic-Baltic region.
The SAY Editorial Committee has now issued a call for abstracts (max. 700 words) for the 2027 edition. Abstracts, together with the author's CV, should be submitted to [email protected] or philip.melโฆ
