𝗧𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗔𝗖𝗛: 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘂𝘀   Germany, Austria and Switzerland are together one of the SCC's most significant sources of users outside the Nordics, and in 2025 alone, DACH cases accounted for roughly 18% of our international caseload.   Our new report, "SCC Report: Disputes involving German, Austrian and Swiss ('DACH') Parties (2015-2025)", takes a close look at what a decade of casework tells us about this region.   𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀:     • 170 SCC cases involving a DACH party were registered between 2015 and 2025, with registrations rising from an average of 15 a year (2015-2019) to 23 in 2024.     • An aggregate amount in dispute of approximately EUR 10.79 billion. Once three exceptional outliers are excluded, the typical DACH dispute sits at a median of EUR 2.26 million, squarely in the mid-market range.     • Swedish law applied in 52% of DACH cases and Stockholm served as seat in 78%.
