𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀   Administrative secretaries, also known as tribunal secretaries, play an important role in keeping arbitral proceedings efficient, transparent, and party-driven.   Our new guide sets out how this works under the SCC Rules:  • 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁: An administrative secretary assists the Arbitral Tribunal with organisational, administrative and procedural tasks, under the tribunal's direction and supervision.
