𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗥𝗔 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲'𝘀 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲🎉   We're proud to share that our Secretary General, Caroline Falconer, has been appointed to the Global Steering Committee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge (ERA), joining new representatives from the LCIA, ICC and PCA as the initiative enters its second decade.   Launched in 2016 to address the under-representation of women in arbitration, the Pledge has grown into a truly global movement:     • 6,001 signatories   • 1,114 organisations   • 147 countries   Independence and impartiality have defined the SCC since 1917, and that includes a genuine commitment to who sits on tribunals.
