𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁   Sweden has long been a preferred seat for international arbitration, and the numbers keep proving it. In 2025 alone, the SCC registered a record 213 new cases, with 568 parties from 50 countries choosing Stockholm to resolve their disputes. Swedish law was the applicable law in 68% of cases commenced last year, well ahead of any other jurisdiction.   For the many practitioners in that community who do not read Swedish, reliable access to the law that underpins their proceedings matters enormously.
