🎙️ New episode of the SCC Podcast is out now!   Every episode of the SCC Podcast turns one of our reports into a conversation. In this episode, it's the SCC report on arbitrator appointments in SCC cases, 2020–2024.   Over five years, the SCC oversaw 1,107 arbitrator appointments across 854 registered cases, involving 436 individual arbitrators. In this episode, we talk through:   • How gender balance in appointments has shifted   • Where arbitrators come from, and how international the caseload really is   • Why repeat appointments are less concentrated than many assume   • How age correlates with who appoints whom   • What's happened to arbitrator fees   It's a conversation, not a lecture, aimed at anyone who appoints arbitrators, drafts arbitration clauses, or is simply curious about who sits on SCC tribunals and why.   🎧Listen on Spotify: https://lnkd.in/dCGVSZrB
