A hearing on jurisdiction in the above-mentioned case took place at the seat of the Centre in Washington, D.C. from July 27 to 29, 2026. Pursuant to Article 12.24.2 of the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Colombia and the Republics of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras of August 9, 2007, the hearing shall be open to the public, except to the extent necessary to ensure the protection of confidential information.
