The Review invites original, unpublished contributions on recent developments in international investment law, with a focus on the theme: "𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝘄".
