In my role at the SCC, I conduct legal research on arbitration-related topics, contribute to SCC publications, and support the Secretariat with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks. I also have the opportunity to attend high-level meetings and engage with practitioners and experts across the field. One aspect of the role that I particularly appreciate is the chance to participate in arbitration-related conferences, seminars, webinars and other events, which provide valuable opportunities for learning and connecting with the broader arbitration community.

What surprised me most was seeing arbitration from the institutionโs perspective. Before joining the SCC, I understood the formal role of arbitral institutions, but had always been curious about how things worked behind the scenes. The SCC showed me just how much work goes into administeringโฆ
