Last week, the SCC/SAA Diploma Course for International Arbitrators came to a close at Thoresta Gรฅrd. The course, developed jointly by the SCC Arbitration Institute and the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA), is designed for experienced international arbitrators seeking to deepen their expertise in Swedish arbitration law and the SCC Rules, covering everything from arbitration agreements and arbitrator appointment, to interim measures, EU sanctions, and award drafting.
