𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗮𝗻𝗱 Indian Council of Arbitration 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻🤝 Signed during a dedicated joint webinar a few weeks ago, this agreement marks a significant milestone in strengthening international arbitration between the EU and India, two regions whose commercial ties continue to grow across sectors including technology, manufacturing, life sciences and sustainability. The SCC–ICA Cooperation Agreement was first entered into in 1987. The cooperation builds on a shared conviction: that arbitration, as an independent, impartial, and efficient mechanism for resolving commercial disputes, is an enabler of cross-border trade and economic growth.
