𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.   In SCC arbitrations, the average fee gap between women and men arbitrators has shrunk from approximately 20% in the 2015–2019 period to just 4% in the 2020–2024 period.
