𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲?
My role centres on communication with parties and arbitrators, supporting both the practical and procedural aspects of the arbitration process. Day-to-day, this includes managing payments, monitoring deadlines, and preparing cases for the SCC Board's monthly meetings.
Drawing on my law degree from Stockholm University, I also conduct initial reviews of incoming requests for arbitration and help draft some of our decisions for our legal counsel.

Arbitration is, of course, designed to be as efficient as possible, but what genuinely surprised me was how much adaptability the work demands in practice.
