𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗖𝗖 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵💙🤍 Finland and the SCC share a relationship built over decades, one grounded in mutual trust, a shared commitment to the rule of law, and the highest standards of international arbitration practice. That connection is reflected clearly in the numbers. In 2025, Finnish parties were involved in 11 disputes administered by the SCC, placing Finland 8th among all nationalities represented. Finnish practitioners are equally prominent on the other side of the table: in 2025, Finland ranked 4th for arbitrator appointments, with 14 out of a total of 289 appointments made across 33 countries. It is precisely because of this long and distinguished history that making our rules available in Finnish feels not only natural, but overdue.
