🎉 We are proud to announce that the SCC Arbitration Rules have been selected as the procedural framework for the 36th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, to be held in 2029.   The Vis Moot is the world's largest international commercial arbitration competition for law students, bringing together more than 6,000 participants from over 80 countries each year. It is one of the most celebrated stages in international arbitration, and a defining experience for generations of practitioners.   For SCC, this is a deeply meaningful return. The 36th edition will mark the first time since 2009 that the SCC Arbitration Rules serve as the competition's procedural framework and we could not be more proud to be back.   Thousands of talented law students will engage in depth with the SCC Arbitration Rules, gaining firsthand experience of a framework used in complex commercial and investment disputes around the world.
