Over the past decade, insurance-related arbitration has evolved significantly and the data tells a compelling story.
Our latest Practice Note, authored by SCC Specialist Counsel Jake Lowther, and former SCC Intern Pierre de Gottrau, examines 51 insurance-related arbitrations administered by the SCC between January 2014 and December 2025, comparing findings with our earlier report covering 2002โ2013. Together, these two reports span more than two decades of institutional experience, and the trends are clear.
