𝗬𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝟰𝟬 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗮.   The delegation, with primarily managing partners from law firms across China, joined us as part of a Nordic study trip organised by iCourt. It was a genuinely enriching exchange, one that brought together legal professionals with a shared interest in advancing international arbitration practice.   During the visit, SCC representatives Caroline Falconer and Yi Ting Sam had the opportunity to present and discuss a range of topics, with SCC Express, with which parties can resolve disputes in 3 weeks, drawing particular attention and interest.    Disputes involving Chinese parties have long been a significant part of the SCC’s caseload, as reflected in data from 2000–2024: • 117 disputes involved Chinese parties • The average dispute value was €39,125,353 • Chinese parties appeared as claimants in 32 cases and as respondents in 83 cases   A sincere thank you to Counsel Yichun Yao for his work in…
