2025 was an intensive year for the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (“UNCITRAL”) Working Group III (“Working Group”), with deliberations and review in full swing. Building on the momentum of 2024, 2025 advanced the Working Group's investor-State dispute settlement (“ISDS”) reform agenda mainly by reviewing draft provisions.
